Reservation and Cancellation Policy: Reservations for our venues must be made in advance and are subject to availability. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Payment: Payment for our services is due in full prior to the event date. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. If you are paying by check, it must be received at least 10 days prior to the event date.

Venue Rental: Our venues are available for rental for the duration specified in your reservation. Additional fees may apply for additional time or services requested.

Damages: You are responsible for any damages incurred during your event. Any damages will be billed to you and must be paid within 10 days of receiving the invoice.

Insurance: You are responsible for obtaining any necessary insurance for your event.

Conduct: You and your guests are expected to conduct yourselves in a respectful and appropriate manner. We reserve the right to remove any person from our premises for any reason.

Liability: K-Authentic-Events is not responsible for any injuries or damages that occur during your event.

Force Majeure: K-Authentic-Events is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or labor disputes.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia.
