We strive to provide the best possible service to our clients and ensure that our venues meet their expectations. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a refund policy as follows:

• If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days before the scheduled event date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
• If you cancel your reservation between 15 and 30 days before the scheduled event date, you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit.
• If you cancel your reservation less than 15 days before the scheduled event date, no refund will be given.

Please note that any costs incurred by us on your behalf, such as equipment rental or catering services, cannot be refunded.
